Let’s start with the big rock: Planet Earth.

 

When we stand on the earth - with bare feet, or anywhere beautiful in Nature - many of us describe feelings of connection with a special energy (we're alive after all, which is a miracle in itself!).

 

Some people say they feel grounded, or energized.

 

Now, let’s shift that concept to crystals.

 

Think about it, crystals are a like a mineral concentrate, a smoothie of earth's goodness. 

  

They're a piece of the pie, each with a unique something to share with us.

 

So when we hold a crystal, we have access to that specific energy, which will vary based on what type of crystal we're holding.

 

Now this is where it gets even cooler.

 

We can actually USE these different hunks of energy to support us in our lives!
