In an earlier video - and from an online meditation I led - I explained about the concepts of Yin & Yang. In this video, you'll see examples of stones that connect in their own ways with this particular energy. First is Hematite - by which you kind of come out of, and are rooted into the earth - through Grounding. Next, you receive, but it's a vitalizing energy, from Petrified Wood. And lastly - outward facing, is the Manifestation Stone: Sugilite - whereby your hopes and dreams are realized into your life, through affirmation and action. Just when I thought we couldn't witness any new, or lower lows - this week there was a massacre of innocent, Hindu tourists in Kashmir - and simultaneously, an Irish band at Coachella (in CA) projected huge, antisemitic messages while thousands cheered them on. So ironic - a music festival amplifying hate - echoing another, literally peace-orieted (the Nova) music festival, at which hundreds were murdered (by essentially that same brand of racism). I don't know that I/we could ever do enough to reverse so many disturbing trends, but we're gonna have to ty harder, do better!
